HOW TO PLAY

• Backyard Trivia is designed to be played as one cooperative team, including the host!

• Designate one player to be the host and someone else to be the scribe.

• Before you begin, the host should read the rules aloud to everyone.

RULES

• There will be three rounds with six questions each round.

• Each round will have six available point values, i.e. round one values are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

• Every time you answer a question, you must assign one of those point values to the answer. Do this before the next question is read.

• You may only use each point value once per round.

• You will earn points equal to the assigned value for each correct answer. You do NOT lose points for incorrect answers.

• Answers will be revealed at the end of each round.

• Sometimes, revealing an answer will trigger a Backyard Trivia Bonus Question. Someone should make an airhorn sound when this happens. Let's practice: That answer triggers a B-B-Backyard Trivia B-B-BONUSSSS!!!! [air horn noises]

• The answers to bonus questions will be revealed after all non-bonus answers are revealed.

• Some questions have hints. There is no penalty for receiving a hint.

• The highest possible score you can achieve, including all the bonus questions, is 100.
